• 4.2 User Content : By uploading election data to the Platform, Users grant Citizen Monitors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and commercially issue the content for the Platforms viability and sustainability.

Prohibited Activities

• 5.1 Misuse : We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• 5.2 Unauthorized Access : Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform features, data, or systems.
• 5.3 Malicious Software : Users must not upload or distribute any malicious software or code on the Platform.
• 5.4 Illegal Content : Users must not upload, share, or distribute illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content on the Platform.

Termination and Classification

• 6.1 The platform reserves the right to terminate user access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, if users violate these Terms or engage in misconduct.
• 6.2 Users can also be downgraded or upgraded from their class levels of registration based on performance and track record.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Citizen Monitors harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

The Citizen Monitors platform may update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes to the Terms.
